Order Status:
If you’ve already placed an order, please wait at least two weeks before contacting the office for an update.

Prepayment Policy:
For orders over $150, prepayment is required before items will be ordered or go into production.
The two-week turnaround time begins once prepayment is received.

Return Policy:

All items are custom made to order, and we do not carry inventory. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing your order, please contact our office to request a sizing chart or to schedule a fitting.

Christmas Orders:

If you want your order guaranteed before Christmas cut off date is November 23rd. Any order placed after that may possibly be fulfilled in time but not guaranteed.
